You can still have those good feelings while enjoying our original pancake mix, Old Fashioned Buckwheat Pancake Mix. Our buckwheat mix is a blend of premium light buckwheat flour, corn flour, and unbleached wheat flour, making the taste and color lighter than some other Buckwheat products. Made from first grade unbleached, unenriched flour. This product does not use any synthetic colors or flavors. Pancake Recipe: 2 Cups Pancake Mix + 1 ¾ Cups Cold Water (Optional: 1 Egg, and/or 2 Tbsp oil or melted butter) Waffle Recipe: 2 Cups Pancake Mix + 1 ¾ Cups Cold Water + 2 Tbsp oil or melted butter + 2 Eggs
