Rush Orders

If you need this item urgently, please Contact us BEFORE you make the purchase. This way we can find out if the product is in stock and can be shipped immediately

• Usually we ship most of our orders within 3 to 7 business days after a cleared payment is received. We sometimes may not be able to ship your order within this time frame due to back order, part unavailability, harsh weather conditions, holidays, etc
• We will check the stock and availability and provide you with an estimated shipping date. The stock and availability information can be provided only during business hours (M - F, 9 am - 5 pm EST).

Payment Terms

U.S. Buyers:

• We accept PayPal payment only if it is marked "eligible" for PayPal Seller protection on the Transaction Details Page.
• We require payment to be completed with in 72 hours after a purchase is made. If you are having troubles about making payment, please notify us
• All transactions are subject to compliance with eBay and PayPal Seller Protection Policies.

International Buyers:

• PayPal is accepted for international sales only if you are a "Verified" Paypal member The address must be listed on PayPal Transaction Details Page and your payment must be eligible for PayPal Seller protection.
• If you are an international buyer and you would like to ship overseas and do not have a Paypal account, please Contact us for other payment options and shipping details.
• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to bidding or buying. If you have special instructions on how you want us to handle your shipment and shipping documents, please email us. We will do our best to fulfill your request.

Sales Tax

• We collect NY State Sales Tax (8.625%) for shipments we make to an address in the State of New York

Shipping Terms

For PayPal customers: we ship only to the shipping address listed on PayPal Transaction Details Page, no exceptions. If you want us to ship to an address other than what you have on Paypal, then we require your payment by bank wire transfer.

• We ship only if the payment is marked "eligible" for PayPal Seller protection on the Transaction Details Page.
• Once your order ships, we will send your tracking number to the email on file with PayPal. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to become active.
• The estimated shipping cost specified on the product listings is for the Economy Service and for the Continental USA only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
• Please Contact us to check the shipping cost for other shipping methods and to international locations.
• All shipments will be made on business days as we are not open on weekends or on holidays.
• No local pick-ups are accepted at this time, unless otherwise stated in the auction.

Product Condition & Warranty

• All our products on our eBay store are brand new, factory packed, never used, in the original manufacturer's packaging unless stated as “used” or “open box” Products listed as “NEW” are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty which can be be found in the User's Manual supplied with the product or on the manufacturer's website

• The product description we use is the manufacturer's product description from the manufacturer's website.
• You may wish to refer to the manufacturer's website or contact the manufacturer direct for further information before placing order.
• Most of the product images that we use in our listings come directly from the manufacturer and sometimes do not represent the exact color, size, style or other option that is actually being sold. We are limited in the way we can present items that have these options, so please take note of the specific product code and model number being advertised. If you have any doubts, please call or email us before you place your order.

Returns

• We offer 14 days return policy after receipt for most of our products. Please review the Return Policy under “Shipping and Payments” tab on every listing. Returns are subject to %20 restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipment cost. The original shipping is non-refundable even though it was offered with FREE SHIPPING. Refund will be processed after a thorough inspection is performed to make sure that the returned item is still in resalable condition as “NEW”.
• Returned products MUST include the entire original packaging content such as accessories, manuals, CDs, warranty/registration cards, etc

General Information

• We are the authorized distributor of all the products we list on eBay. If you don't find a product, accessory or a replacement part, please Contact us. We might have it available but not listed on eBay.
• If you would like to make a bulk purchase, please Contact us first. We may not have the quantity available on our eBay store while we are still able to fulfill your order
• We as the “seller” will not be held responsible for any use/misuse of the product.
