This tool is very different! Please look over the way the grips are on this tool! Just for me I do not understand this tool at all! I did try looking it up but cannot find what it was used for. One person I know said this is for horse shoes, but in all honesty I have no idea. I can see that the handles were ground to make the cutter work. Just me I thinking,  it could be a specialty tool for a reason. If you knowing  about this tool please feel free to send a note, buying it or not! I will use any information to better describe this tool in the listing.
