Step 1: Send us a photo or drawing of your perfect ring or piece of jewelry.
Step 2: We will provide you a full detailed estimate to meet your specific requests.
Step 3: We re-create the piece via CAD to be approved by you. We send you your choice of the design or the physical wax model. We will perform as many revisions to the CAD design as you request (within reason) until you are completely satisfied.
Step 4: Once the design is approved, we will proceed to manufacture the piece until completion. We will send you photos of the finished product for confirm and shipping out.

All our Jewelry items warranty which covers any irregularities not related to normal wear and tear. Such as diamonds comes loose or needs to be replaced, you can ship us back the item with the diamond and the replacement is free. If the diamond is lost, we will replace at a nominal cost, even after the warranty period.
Appraisals are available upon request and will not be included unless we are notified. In-house appraisals are $20 additional and appraisals made by a 3rd party GIA graduate gemologist are $75. Please contact us soon after the listing is complete to request an appraisal.
