This is a Griffen Equal Arm Lattice Beam Laboratory Scale which sits on a mahogany base with 3 adjusting feet. The beam, pole and pans are all brass. The beam has agate box ends and is 22 cm long. The pans are 8 cm in diameter. The base is 35.5 cm x 16.2 cm. The scale stands 28.9 cm tall. The name plate reads Griffen, London. There is a set of 7 brass gram weights, 100,50,20,10,5,2,1.  The scale is in excellent condition.
