Based on C57 No. 95 belonging to Toyooka engine depot of Bantan line around 1966, this model is not equipped with smoke collector, fuel oil heat tank, turning window, etc., and the deflector is without inspection window.
The unique proportions of the C57, called the "lady", are reproduced with rich expression. The fluidity of the express passenger train is reproduced.
Power unit with coreless motor, which is well known for its running performance. Equipped with flywheel for smooth and stable running.
Front headlights are illuminated. Dummy lights on tender.
Leading and trailing wheels are missing spokes for undercarriage detailing.
Arnold couplers are standard on the tender.
Replacement knuckle couplers, heavy-duty couplers, and heavy-duty knuckle couplers are included.
The body is reproduced in matte black.
The copper color of the air action tube is also reproduced.

Snow prow for C12 (* sold separately) can be installed (not possible when heavy-duty coupler and heavy-duty knuckle coupler are attached to the front head).
