 Shipping Instruction

1. We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax, this is the buyer's responsibility.

2. We have two warehouse: China and US.

 Shipping from US,  only can ship to US,  Canada and Mexico, your item will be carefully packed and shipped within 1-2  business day after payment received.

 

 Shipping from China, can ship to worldwide,  free shipping need about 15-30 days. Buyer  paid for shipping, reach most of the countries  within 7 to 15 business days usually through DHL/FedEx/TNT/UPS. Choose the carrier  based on the buyer's address. Different  countries may have customs clearance delays  problem, which will add an additional 5-7 days of transportation delays.

 

3. Orders are not processed on weekend & holidays.

 

 

 Return & Warranty Policy

 1. We sincerely hope that when the buyer has problems, first contact us to solve the problem, instead of opening the return.

 2. If product is defective or damage upon arrival, or wrong product shipped, please contact us immediately. All items can be returned, for refund within 30 days after delivery.  You just mail the item back in the original condition, you will get your money back! Free for replacement but buyer need pay shipping only.

 3.  For problems caused by the quality of the item itself, we provide a 2-year warranty, you need to provide the picture proof of the problem of the item so that we can check and confirm, and then provide warranty service after confirmation, provide replacement or refund.

 For these following reasons the items can not work, we are unable to provide the warranty:

 a. man-made vandalism,

 b. damage to natural factors of force majeure (such as floods, fires, blizzards, etc.),

 c. has been installed for a while, found that it is no longer needed or just didn't like it.
