Return Policy:

All sales are final. We are downsizing our inventory. That’s why we don’t accept return. Other than we'll gladly accept return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of purchase of any merchandise purchased from 2pretty2 that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag, box, etc., and receipt or packing slip.

The original branded shoe box must be in resalable condition for the return to be accepted.

The Buyers are responsible for the return shipping & handling 

A 20% restocking fee will apply. 

It is unacceptable to wear/use the merchandise and then to present it for a refund/return.

We try to ship as fast as we can. Once we ship, we will not stop delivery for any cancellation.
