For sale here is a NOS vintage Ducon 1 Megaohm potentiometer. This is an Audio Taper Pot with a 400K loudness tap. It has a long 1/4" (6mm) shaft with a flattened edge, so any knob with a 1/4" hole and a set screw will work great with it. This has 2 power switches attached to the back, (Both normally open/off) so when you turn the pot initially clockwise it clicks and the contacts will both become closed/on.
The power switch is rated for 2A 250V so it should be good for at least 4A to 6A at 125V and will be fine for most tube amplifiers. This is a pretty rare potentiometer and would be great in your guitar/bass amp. You can always cut down the shaft if you want. Check out the pictures.
These were used in many valve radios. I have the push pull version switch body that is interchangeable with most of the Ducon potentiometers of this era. See my other items.
