          14 Day Return / Refund Policy

          We want you to be happy with your purchase. We strive to provide you with all the information necessary to make an informed decision when purchasing an item. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:


          Returns are accepted in the original condition, unused, and the same condition as received.


          A refund of the invoice price minus shipping cost and a 20% re-stocking charge will be issued.


          We must be notified within 14 days from the date of receipt.  


          Shipping is a 3rd party service and not a tangible item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.


          Refund credit may take up to a minimum of 5 business days to process. (Business days are M-F).


          The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items.  

          Exchanges

          Exchanges are welcome for any like item. The original item must be in its original condition, unused, or the same condition as received.

          The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. This includes any additional re-shipping expense for the newly exchanged item.


          If the exchanged item is less than the original item, the difference will be credited back as the same payment type received, unless otherwise determined by the buyer. We do not issue or maintain customer credit for future purchases.
