If International (anyone outside of the United Kingdom) post is offered, international buyers must contact me first and I will NOT post to the following locations – your order will be cancelled:- Nigeria, Italy, Russia or Greece.

All used/refurbished products are thoroughly tested before dispatch, unless they are sold as for spares and repairs.
All new products are robustly manufacturer tested under their strict production Quality Control processes.
With that said, problems do on rare occasions occur so please contact me first to  deep-dive and investigate your issue.

My returns process does not cover buyer misuse and abuse of goods.

I am not a eBay or business seller operating a 30-day (or thereof) free goods trial and free postage returns shop !

Buyer must pay for postage relating to tracked return of alleged faulty goods.

Return postage will only be refunded for genuinely faulty goods (does not apply for goods collected).

All returns must be supported with substantive evidence of fault and are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee as applicable. You will be advised of the exact restocking fee once the item has been returned and forensically examined.

Any agreed returns, must be returned in new, unused condition together with the original undamaged packaging for resale.

All returns require an RMA number supplied by me before goods are to be returned.
All items are security marked before dispatch to prevent fraudulent returns.

All RMA agreed returns will also be checked for signs of use, tampering, damage and broken seals as applicable.
Any RMA approved return will be thoroughly and forensically inspected before next steps.

Scam buyers will be reported to eBay and the legal authorities as applicable - you have been warned !
