• We cannot exchange blinds that are ordered in the wrong size or colour.
• Delivery will be with Courier unless otherwise stated, we will send atracking number through Ebay with your notification that your blind has been dispatched.
• Please sign unchecked or damaged (if the box has any damage to it) next to your signature.
