Due to the Nature of our Candle Creations, Many Times you Will Need to Place a Plate Under Your Candle as in Many of our Designs, the Wax is Above the Rim. As your Candle Melts, the Wax Can Flow Over the Sides of the Vessel. A Plate will Protect your Burning Surface from the Spillage. This is Perfectly Safe. As a Bonus, the Overflow Wax can Easily be Removed from the Plate and then Again Used in your Wax Melters for Extra Scent Usage!! Please Follow the Care Card Instructions you Will Receive Carefully for Best Usage.

What's the best way to burn the Candles? Recommended burn time is up to 4 hours. Be sure to trim the wick to 1/4" before Each lighting and during the candle burn as needed. Always allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the jars before extinguishing, typically 2 hours for the first burn. This allows the candle to burn evenly and prevent "tunneling." Be sure never to leave a candle unattended or in reach of children, pets or a draft. Allow the jar to cool completely before handling. These candles are made for small to medium sized rooms.
Can my candle container be repurposed? When a 1/4" of wax remains, discontinue use of the candle. Place your candle in a shallow pan of boiling water. Turn the heat off and allow the wax to melt. Once melted, pour off excess into a disposable container. Never pour wax down any type of drain. Wipe out any remaining wax with a paper towel. Hand wash with soap and water.
What waxes do we use? All of our waxes are a custom, premium soy wax blend, made by us an exclusive to our brand.
Why does my candle/wax melts have a white coating? “Frosting” is a natural occurrence in 100% soy wax. All soy waxes frost to some degree and is a sign that you are indeed burning or melting 100% natural soy wax. In no way does frosting affect the way your candle burns or smells.
How much fragrance can I expect? All of our candles are made with premium in-house custom fragrance blends exclusive to our brand. Because of our premium usage of both waxes and fragrance oils, we are able to use high loads of fragrance oil to deliver you a maximum sent throw.
