Up for sale is a Heavy Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Pocket Watch Chain with a Sterling Silver Fob from England/ Birmingham/ 1909. The most beautiful chain stitch - thin at both ends and wide in the middle. Each chain link is hallmarked with a "lion passant" for sterling silver. The dog clasp is hallmarked "J.H&S" into an oblong rectangle/lion passant" for sterling silver and "o" for 1913. The T bar is hallmarked "J.H&S" into an oblong rectangle / "lion passant" for sterling silver and "k" for 1909/Hallmarks of Birmingham. The fob is in the shape of a Victorian medal with a boxing match in the middle. The reverse is hallmarked "W.J.D" into an oblong chamfered rectangle for Robert Pringle & Sons silversmith/"anchor" for Birmingham/"lion passant" for sterling silver/"M" for 1936.
