Here we have a Golden Retriever dog figurine. Mixed and varying shades of gold, brown, tan, and white make up the coloring of the figurine. The chest, face, and paws are made of white and tan with a touch of gold. The rest of the body is darker in color utilizing more gold and brown. The nose, mouth, eyes, and nails are black.
The coat is a medium length with deep textured lines in the figurine. The chest, front legs, tail, and sides of the stomach have feathering identical to the real breed. It is important to make sure the coat is not too long as it is a disqualificaton with the AKC group. The ears are flat against the sides of the skull. The dome is rounded and the snout is medium in length and broad in size. The stance of the figurine is presented in a standing position and is well balanced. Hind legs stand straight while the front legs are positioned in a rear stance.
