Enervit Gymline 100% WHEY PROTEIN is an instant protein indicated in cases of increased protein needs resulting from intense muscular and sporting activity. A portion (30 g) of product prepared according to the indicated method provides 24 g of proteins and constitutes a source of vitamin B6 (provides 1.4 mg corresponding to 100% of the reference nutritional values). Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Proteins contribute to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass.

*Whey protein concentrate is obtained through the cross flow membrane filtration (CFMF) process.

HOW TO USE

Prepare a portion by dissolving the contents of 1 scoop (approximately 30 g) in 150 ml of non-carbonated water (or partially skimmed milk) using a shaker. We recommend up to one portion per day depending on the intensity of the activity carried out and considering the other protein sources provided by the diet.

May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, eggs, soy, milk, sesame, nuts.

Take 5 tablets per day. Accompany swallowing with plenty of water.
