How does this repair service work?
Once you have purchased your repair service, you will need to send us your Barcode Scanner.
Carefully pack up your Scanner into a box (bubble wrap is advised) and ship it in to us. (Customer covers this cost of delivery)
Once we take delivery of the Scanner, we get it quickly repaired!

Units are repaired for published Flat Rate prices.
Devices that are severely damaged due to physical abuse or have a defective main PCB, will not qualify for Flat Rate repair and a time and materials repair quote will be created and submit it for customer approval
