if extracting from a hollow crank use a cap head bolt to drive off (etc to protect the crank threads)

(Long pullers are used to clear an extended crank thread, if in doubt please message/send photos/ bike make and model and I am sure together we can figure out which puller you need )

Please note: remove any existing washers, (if required fit a thread protector for the crank shaft, ensure the inner puller this does not interfere with your crank shaft thread)hand tighten the main extractor fully, tighten to ensure puller bottomed out and then wind in the smaller extractor bolt in to extract flywheel.

Apply engine oil before use to threads.
