The AEM 22-405B Performance Short Ram Air Intake System has been engineered to be an affordable and easy way to boost the horsepower and torque of your engine. The restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing are replaced with this AEM air intake system which was designed, tuned and dyno-tested to fit specific Honda Prelude models. Air enters the system through an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter for outstanding air flow, filtration and performance. The sound your engine makes when accelerating is also modified to a fuller, more aggressive resonance allowing you to hear and feel the horsepower upgrade. The intake tubing is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum featuring a durable blue powder coated finish. This air intake system was developed to accommodate the engine's factory emissions control devices including the engine breather hose and any vacuum lines. The tapered cylinder shaped AEM Dryflow air filter is made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media that can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed (depending on driving conditions). The air intake system is easy to install with commonly available tools and it is backed by AEM's Lifetime Limited Warranty. Some AEM air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards, while others are 50 state legal. PAYMENTS
Orders will be processed and shipped out after payment has cleared.
Insufficient shipping information will delay the order process so please read the invoice carefully during checkout. Make sure that the shipping information is correct to avoid delays. Restocking Fee will apply for all returned items due to insufficient information.
SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping. Most orders are shipped within same business day if received before 1pm EST (or within 1 business day after 1pm) and deliver within 2-5 business days. We may require signature confirmation in certain cases.
RETURNS
Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment.
Returned items must be in original "as new" condition.
Returned items must include all Original Packaging, Manuals, Hardware, Accessories, etc.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from us prior to returning any item for any reason. To ensure that you are properly credited, do not return any merchandise without prior authorization.
Once an item has been installed, modified or used, it can no longer be accepted for return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will send a prepaid return label if the return is due to an error on our part.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item being returned for credit originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping charges incurred to ship the item to the buyer will be withheld from the amount refunded.
All returns will be inspected once they are received by the warehouse. Credit will not be issued for items received in any condition other than originally described; nor will credit be issued for items that have been returned without following the process outlined in this return policy. If your return is denied, the item may be returned back to you at your cost. In some cases, the item may still be accepted for return but may be subject to a restocking fee.
