It is an original one-of-a-kind piece, and is signed on the right edge in pencil: "Lila Wahrhaftig (C) 1992 Horn"

The painting is titled “Horn.” It has a blue and white background with an embroidery of two music notes and a figure playing a horn.

It is made on 100% rag paper and is mounted on 100% rag museum board. It is matted. 

It comes in a metal gold frame and is ready to hang. 

The condition is good, no signs of discoloration. There are a few small scratches on the frame.
