《碧血藍天》（The Black Sheep Affair），是由林偉倫導演，羅啟鋭、司徒慧焯編劇，趙文卓、舒淇、熊欣欣、王凱韋、連凱主演的一部驚險動作片。特工嚴冬（趙文卓 飾）本性善良，嫉惡如仇，卻因為過於剛烈的性格而在一次行動之中釀成了慘劇，因此被降職調往偏遠小國拉塞維亞。在那裏，他見到了久違的摯友洪為國（王合喜 飾），更是意外的發現了國際頭號通緝犯三島次郎（連凱 飾）。在兩人天衣無縫的配合之下，嚴冬和洪為國成功的擒拿了三島次郎，但他們的功績卻被總統搶走了。曾經背叛了國家，不告而別的前女友陳盼（舒淇 飾）出現在了嚴冬的面前，她對嚴冬餘情未了，希望能夠和他重修舊好。雖然嚴冬的心中依然留存著對於陳盼的感情，但他無法原諒陳盼的背叛。與此同時，三島次郎的手下聯手東南亞赤柬和意大利赤色兵團，對嚴冬展開了復仇計劃 [2]  。

已獨立的前蘇聯盟國拉塞維亞，政局動盪不安，中國特工嚴冬表面上是奉命前往當地協助穩定政局，事實上卻是他在逮捕劫機叛國者的任務中，因其倔強固執的個性為上級所不容，而被貶至此。然而危機已逐漸蔓延···才剛到拉塞維亞的嚴冬，與同是特工的好友洪為國竟陰錯陽差的逮捕了國際頭號通緝犯三島次郎，但這次轟動世界的功勞，反而將他們帶往死神的懷抱中。三島雖被逮捕，但他的手下卻已經集結了流亡至歐洲的東南亞的赤柬，及野心勃勃的意大利赤色兵團，全面展開顛覆全球的報復行動，以解救三島和他們所記劃的驚人軍火交易。嚴冬倔強如故迎戰這羣喪心病狂的恐怖分子，偏偏此時····As a punishment for ignoring orders, a Chinese police officer is posted to Europe where he encounters his ex-girlfriend who fled China after Tiananmen Square. Their paths soon tangle with the charismatic leader of the Japanese cult Aum Shinrikyo.
