The tension mechanism on the head isn't working fully so it doesn't hold the tilt angle

Non UK bidders – I send parcels through the EBay Global Shipping program. EBay set the cost of postage I am therefore unable adjust postage costs.  If you purchase more than one item eBay will adjust the postage if you pay for them all in one payment using the shopping basket.
