The book is nice and clean. The spine is straight and the covers are not loose. There is minor rubbing at the corners (photos: 1, 2, 4,5). There is a name inside the front cover (photo 6). There is minor highlighting (photos 8, 11, 12). There are some minor scratches to the back cover, but don't affect the use of the book. There are no loose or missing pages. There are no stamps or stickers in or on the book. This is not an ex-library book. The book weighs approximately 8.25 lbs.
