All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Most items are delivered within 3-5 business days, however, please allow 3-10 business days.  We ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs.  Tracking information will be provided and uploaded as soon as it becomes available and the item has shipped.  

Exchange/Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy for most of our products. You can request a refund if you are dissatisfied for any reason with your product. (Restocking Fee May Apply).  When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items. All returns MUST be done within 30 days of date of purchase.    

Please do not send a return without contacting us, you will need to get a return authorization number from us, and the return address may be different from the source address.
