This SERVICE is offered to replace your faulty connector with a new one; the total repair cost for this device includes:
PARTS, LABOR AND SHIPPING BACK TO YOU.

Common Symptoms of a Broken Tracking system or Blank Screen

  • The tracking dot stays in the center of the screen
  • The device does not track movements
  • The device's screen is blank but you can still know it's on because the speakers are still producing sound.

HOW TO START?

1. PROCEED TO "Buy it Now" THE REPAIR SERVICE and follow these instructions.

2. Securely pack your device and include a PRINT OUT (if possible) of your payment along with your eBay USER NAME written on it and/or in the outside of the package, also please include your PASSCODE (if possible) in order for me to TEST the device after the repair is completed.

3. You can use any shipping company to send the package (USPS is preferred) but is really important to get a tracking number, DO NOT USE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION (this will delay the repair)

Shipping Address will be provided via eBay message after payment

Please DO NOT send memory cards and/or SIM Cards unless are required for the repair.

4. Once you get the tracking number, please send it over to me via eBay message.

5. After your package is received, I will perform the repair right away and test the device to make sure it is perfectly working. If any other issue is found, will let you know a quote for the repair.

1. The only problem is the tracking system.

2. It is YOUR responsibility the shipping and if any damage is caused in transit (so pack it very well) and the actual condition of the device, any cosmetic issue need to be notified before sending it or in writing within the package. I will provide you with pictures if any special condition is detected.

3. Shipping back only through USPS with tracking number

4. If you want to fix another issue you must notify first, I will quote the cost of the extra repair.

5. You have 60 days warranty on any repair and shipping cost is on you both ways.
