Leather is really strong and soft and durable - seems to be horsehide or cowhide - good well tanned leather with no issues to the health. The arm leather panels are made of one piece each side front and backside. 

Size is about a Medium to smaller Large - according to vintage A-2 flight jackets it could be a 40 or snug 42. 

The Zippers are from the brand RIES and are German. The firm was founded in 1947 appr. 

Very nice Jacket with all original Zippers. Never been any exchanged.
