We hope you love your new purchase. However, if you change your mind, you can return it in an unused condition.
All items sent back as unwanted must not show any signs of use. Packaging and boxes must be free from marks or damage, as the item needs to be suitable for resale.
We cannot cover return postage on unwanted items, as this would mean increasing our prices to cover these costs. Any item being returned must be sent using a recorded service. You are responsible for the item until it safely arrives back with us.

Procedure

To return an item, you do not need to open a return case, as this can delay the process. We usually answer messages faster. Please send us a message via "Contact Seller" and select "Other" as the subject.
Include your reason for return and we will provide our return address.
When returning an item, please keep your postage receipt and tracking details, especially for items over £10 in value. Please include a note with your eBay ID, reason for return and purchase date. If it is an exchange, please include a brief explanation.
