Replaces original part #s 214-84101-61-00, 256-84350-61-00, 256-84301-61-00, 256-84357-61-00, and 256-84347-00-00.
Fits into the original 12mm hole in the headlight shell without modification.  Completely covers the hole, including the alignment notch.  
THIS IS A 12 VOLT LIGHT.  IT FITS INTO A 12MM DIAMETER HOLE.
