  • Please note that claims for transit damage submitted more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted, as this exceeds the allowable timeframe for submitting a shipping insurance claim.

  • Returned products must be in resalable condition.
  • Products must be unused and in good condition.
  • Items that are new but missing their original packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the product is damaged during return shipping, the customer may be required to file a claim with the courier.
  • Customers must arrange the return via courier, as our warehouse is not open to the public. This policy ensures a safe, secure, and efficient process for both customers and staff.
  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in 100% re-sellable condition upon arrival at our facility.
  • Do not write on or affix labels directly to the product or its original packaging. Shipping labels must only be placed on the outer shipping carton or satchel.

Shipping Policy

After you place your order, we would like to receive the payment within 3 days. If there are any issues, please feel free to leave us an eBay message and we would try our best to assist your inquiry. We currently accept the following payment methods only:

1. Paypal Please make sure your Paypal Account is verified before paying with Paypal. Otherwise, your payment will come through as an eCheque which may take 3-5 days to clear in our Paypal account. We will only process your order once payment has been confirmed in our account. Please check with Paypal to find out how to verify your account.

2. Bank Deposit / Internet Transfer Please use your eBay User ID in the "to account description" field as a reference. If you are unable to use your eBay ID, please send us an eBay message advising us of your payment details including date, description, amount and from which bank. The eBay item number is not sufficient to identify your payment. If you choose to pay via Internet transfer, please allow additional 2-3 working days, to process your order, as we read the previous day's bank statement and it can take up to 48 hours for funds to reach our account.

Return Policy

We are happy to accept a return for a full refund on the sales price provided that:

• The item is returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date;
• The item is still in its original and unused condition, sealed packaging with no missing or damaged parts;
• The customer contacts us prior to returning the item; and
• The item is not used in any way.

Please note:

• If the item is in resaleable condition but its packaging has been opened, we can still accept a return for refund but will charge a 10% restocking fee.
• Refunds can only be made to the original account of payment.
• Postage and insurance costs are not refundable. The customer is also responsible for return postage costs.
• We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the conditions above are not met. In such cases, we may charge the customer a postage fee to send the item back to them.

Standard Warranty Claims
