This is a Front Seat Back / Door Panel Pull Strap End piece from a 1973 Cadillac Fleetwood. This is the RH one, the number on the back of it is 9835793. This will fit various years and models of Cadillac’s from 1971 - 1978, but not all cars used this same style, so please make sure it is correct for your car before purchasing it. This is in excellent condition as shown in the photos.
