G5 Headlight Frame Bracket.

Instructions:

  1. Remove the lens by inserting a small flat screwdriver into the center slot of frame bracket and push downward. ( The slot is found on the underside of the frame by lifting up the light cap.) Now lift the plastic lens up and out of the casting.
  2. Remove the two screws from the frame bracket and the three screws from the pivot plate.
  3. There is a small tab holding the frame bracket to the casting, it can be disengaged by inserting a thin flat screwdriver in the the slot at the back of the frame bracket and prying upward.
  4. Gently pull the backside of frame bracket away from casting and push down on two tabs of frame bracket at front edge of casting.
  5. Installation is easy, but be sure to insert the headlight wire in channel provided.
