Our Sweet Chilli Marinade Flavouring has an intense flavour punch that works so well in many applications, from simply dusting over and marinating poultry (chicken thighs, legs, wings and breast meat), meat (pork ribs, chops and belly strips), fish (fillets and prawns) and vegetables (potato wedges) prior to roasting, grilling or barbecuing, or mix with a base dressing i.e. mayonnaise/yoghurt for tasty dips and sandwich dressings, or just try adding to stir fry’s as a powder or mix with a little water to make a concentrated cooking paste, also great for just flavouring plain egg noodles.

Sugar, Spirit Vinegar Powder, Chilli Granules, Natural Sea Salt, Ground Chilli,
Modified Maize Starch, Smoked Paprika, Ground Stem Ginger, Tomato Powder, Garlic
Granules, Ground Turmeric, Natural Flavouring, Beetroot Powder, Citric
Acid.

Recommended Usage Rate: 8-10 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).
Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
