Sweet Chilli & Lime Marinade has a distinctive zesty lime aroma and a warming chilli kick, fantastic with all meats, seafood and vegetables, use in rice salads, dressings, dips, potato wedges, or try adding to a tempura batter, to give a wonderful sweet zingy taste to all fish and vegetables!

Ingredients: (Sugar, Spirit Vinegar Powder, Chilli Granules, Natural Sea Salt, Ground Chilli, Modified Maize Starch, Smoked Paprika, Ground Stem Ginger, Tomato Powder, Garlic Granules, Ground Turmeric, Natural Flavouring, Beetroot Powder, Citric Acid), Lime Juice Powder, Chilli, Lime Oil.

Recommended Usage Rate: 8-10 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).

Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
