Returns & Damages:
All merchandise is carefully inspected prior to shipment. Although we are experts at packing fragile items, rare occurrences of damage can occur. Please keep original packaging intact and email Customer Service for claim instructions or follow the procedure on the enclosed return form your will receive with shipment. We will ask for photos of the damage to help expedite your replacement or refund.
We are proud of the customer rating that we have earned. Some items in our store are first quality - unless noted. We will gladly accept returns on first quality merchandise within 30 days of shipment date. Items returned within 30 days are eligible for an exchange or full credit excluding shipping (to the form of payment used at time of purchase). A processing fee of 20% applies to all returns to help defray the cost of initial shipping to you.
If the return is a result of our error, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt by email or phone to receive further instructions. Please note that if we have made an error and you choose to return the item after 30 days of shipment, a 20% restocking fee applies.

VISA/MC, Personal Checks, Bank Checks are gladly accepted. Personal Checks are held 7-10 days for clearance. Credit Card orders through Paypal is preferred as item will be shipped either same day, or the latest, next day.
