Know about the AC Condenser:

• Function: The role of the automobile air conditioner condenser is to dissipate heat and reduce the temperature of the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant vapor discharged from the compressor, so that it is condensed into a liquid high-pressure refrigerant. It can cool and liquefy the high-pressure, high-temperature refrigerant (gas refrigerant) sent from the compressor.
• The AC Condenser: The parallel flow condenser is connected by multiple flat tubes between two rapid flow tubes, and the refrigerator performs heat exchange through the circulation of multiple flat tubes at the same time.
• Location: The Condenser is located right in front of the radiator. High pressure (hot) refrigerant travels through it and cools off as air passes through.

Know how to install the AC Condenser

1. Disassembly

• Discharge the refrigerant from the refrigeration system.
• Remove the radiator.
• Remove the condenser inlet pipe and outlet pipe;
• Unscrew the fixing bolts and remove the condenser.

     2. Installation

• The condenser should be fully cleaned before installation to ensure that there is enough air flowing through the condenser coil for sufficient heat dissipation.
• Pay attention to the correct position of the lower part of the condenser when installing. The gap between the upper end and the engine hood shall not be less than 5mm.

Cleaning method of automobile condenser:

1. Open the cover and unscrew the fixing screws of the front center net;
2. Disassemble the front middle network and put it away;
3. Use a prepared toothbrush or brush to brush the condenser from top to bottom, the purpose is to clean up the catkins and debris on the surface;
4. After assembling the water gun and water pipe, and checking that the installation is firm, turn on the faucet, adjust the pressure of the water gun not to be too high, and be sure to clean the condenser from top to bottom. 5. When all surfaces of the condenser are cleaned, a lot of black dirty water will flow out from the lower part of the car. At this time, continue to clean.
