This is a FRAM OIL FILTER PH 2870A - New in Box.  It is a new filter in the original box but it is from old inventory.  The filter is from inventory that my husband had when he closed his garage.  The box is worn from storage and shelf life.  If you have any questions, please contact me and I will do my best to help you.
