A magnificent Italian designer signed natural Grade A icy green jadeite jade diamond ring, set in 18 karat yellow gold. The oval cabochon cut natural Burmese jade measures 18.0x16.0x4.80mm and has an estimated (within setting) weight of 14.0 carats. The jade is natural and of the highest possible Grade A quality, without any treatments. It possesses a mesmerising vivid icy apple green color with a slightly olive green tint and hue, which is even throughout the whole gem and is further of the highest translucent grade with objects and light clearly visible through stone. The present jadeite jade was thoroughly inspected by our certified gemologist and the typical gemological characteristics and micro inclusions undoubtedly point to Burma (Myanmar) as its geographic origin. The ring will be accompanied by our COA and Appraisal Report.
The jadeite jade centerpiece is surrounded by a fine cluster border of 42 round brilliant cut diamonds of an average F white color and VVS1 clarity. Total diamond weight is estimated to be in the 0.45 carats. The top face of the ring measures 21.0x19.0mm (0.83" x 0.75").
Ring size is 54 (US size 7 / UK size N), but can be resized. Gross weight of the ring is 7.8 grams in 18K yellow gold. The inside of the shank is marked with a 750 hallmark for 18K gold, as well as with a "2027 VI" maker's mark for the Italian designer firm Oromoda in Vicenza.
Absolutely scarce designer jewelry piece and one of the rare natural Grade A jadeite jade rings and jewels.
