Vintage Ukrainian 14k 585 Rose Gold Ring With Synthetic Emerald From 1993

Beautiful piece of Ukrainian jewelry in the shape of the ring with synthetic gems.

Gems has mesmerizing iridescence despite they are laboratory grown.

Classic full-bodied design with solid weight.

Made in Ukraine in 1993

- Material: Rose gold 585 (14K)

- Height  20,4 mm. (0.8032 inch)

- Width 19,3 mm. (0.7598 inch)

- Inner diameter 16 mm (0.6299 inch) approximately corresponds size 5,5 (which is 16,1mm. or 0.6339 inch)

- Weight: 3.55 grams / 17.75 carat / 0.1141 troy ounce

- Gems of a white color (colorless): Cubic zirconia (synthetic, laboratory-grown mineral)

- Gem of a green color: Synthetic emerald (synthetic, laboratory-grown mineral)

Hallmarks:  

K585 beside the Ukrainian trident. "K" letter before "585" indicates that the hallmark

was inserted by Kyiv State Inspection of Probation Supervision in the city of Kyiv.

3КФП indicates that the item was produced in 1993 by one of the State jewelry enterprises in Kyiv.

583 gold purity assay was the most commonly-used type of gold for jewelry production in the Soviet Union, while 585

or 14-karat is most common today. The switch from 583 to 585 was implemented after the collapse of USSR in 1991.

DEFECTS:

The main stone - synthetic emerald, has the chip and a scratch on itself, which may be seen

only at a certain angle. Please, check the video, where it may be seen.

The ring has slightly higher than minor scratches on the metal which may be polished for free

before shipping depending on the buyer's wish.

Please, note, that polishing process entails the removal of a certain layer of metal from the surface,

therefore a weight loss of hundredth of a gram is possible.

All the possible additional payments such as customs fees or taxes of any kind

with Economy International Shipping service by JSC "Ukrposhta".

Right after the shipment of the item you will receive the tracking number and the link to the site

of the postal service where you will be able to track the parcel online.

Delivery time to USA or Europe usually takes about two weeks.

Please note that sometimes there may be delays in shipping time

and in some cases the shipping time can take even more than a month.

Return policy:

Please note that no returns are accepted.

This policy is dictated by the customs legislation of Ukraine in accordance with which the item that is being returned to the private entity will be considered as a newly imported product, therefore 20% VAT (if the value of the goods exceed 150 Euro) and and the additional 10% customs duty (if the value of the goods exceed 300 Euro) has to be paid to get the item back.
