This product is a replacement left side retractable arm that is compatible with ALEKO’s 12 x 10, 13 x 10, 16 x 10, and 20 x 10 Foot LED Retractable Awnings. This is the left side retractable arm only. Easy to install with instruction manual included.

Unit has 1 year replacement warranty.
In order to get a replacement you should request return authorization form and ship the item you want to replace back to us, include form with the return.
Please request form by email.
Please note that all returns without the form will not be processed and will be refused.
For large and oversized products, we use LTL shipping.
After your product ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing tracking information and details about the freight carrier assigned to your order.
Shortly following the shipment, you will be contacted by the carrier to set up a delivery date.
CUSTOMERS MUST BE PRESENT FOR THE DELIVERY OR FEES FROM THE FREIGHT COMPANY WILL INCUR.
