These are some of the set, not a complete set! Includes: two reindeer, elephant, alligator, Santa, Christmas tree, lion, six large stands, and two small stands. One of the large stands is an extra, with no character. Appears to be resin, highly detailed, and very festive. Large stands are approx. 2.75" x 1.75", small stands are approx. 1.75" x 1.5". Characters vary in size from approximately 3-4" tall and wide. All are in great vintage condition. Fifteen pieces total.
