Polyester
thread with 6000 yards, you can use them to make many embroidery
projects. The only issue of this big 125 grams cone is that it is too
large for the spindle of the home machine. You can use it with the help
of thread stand which allows proper thread delivery without extra
tension added. If you don’t have a thread stand, you can put it in a
large mug or jar that placing behind the machine. Then you can thread it
all the way through the machine as usual.
When
using these threads, 75/11 needle is a good choice. Drop the machine
top tension all the way to 1.0, lower the machine speed less than 600
SPM (Stitches per Minutes)
Again,
cone of this thread should unwind off the side, not over the end. Cone
or spool of thread should be placed a thread net over the bottom half to
keep the thread from looping. Please check the stitch process of the
design, adjust the tension as necessary if the stitch doesn’t look good
