drumlogue was conceived to put the ultimate analog sound into your beats, and features completely new analog circuitry developed by Ikeuchi, the legendary engineer of the Korg analog synth team that created the ARP 2600 M, MS-20 mini, ARP Odyssey, and many others, as well as a new realm of sound that is truly unique. The depth and richness of sound that Ikeuchi has achieved with this new analog circuitry has reached new levels of sonic depth and richness. Bass drums, snares, toms, these new analog circuits not only provide a solid foundation for tracks, but also highlight them with rich overtones and low end thickness. Combining simplicity and ease of use, dedicated knobs are placed on the front panel for the most important controls of each part. You can quickly and intuitively edit sounds on the fly at any time without having to look at menus. And the edit system on each part gives you access to even more parameters to explore your sound.
Digital Flexibility
Drumlogue is the perfect partner for the analog section, offering seven digital parts: six sampled instruments and one synthesis instrument (multi-engine). The sample part can play any of drumlogue's preset PCM instruments, and drumlogue's 128 preset drum kits cover a wide variety of sounds spanning multiple genres, making it easy to start creating tracks. In addition, user samples can be input into memory. To add user samples, simply connect drumlogue to your computer via USB cable and drag and drop sample files. In collaboration with Sinevibes, a popular plugin developer for the logue SDK, the new "Nano" synth plugin is now available. We are pleased to announce the release of a brand new synth plugin called "Nano" for drumlogue presets. This exclusive plug-in explores the power of the new multi-engine and brings the unique sounds of this new platform to all drumlogue users. \NanoG" is a full-fledged virtual analog synthesizer with a rich feature set and numerous parameters. The synth engine features dual oscillators with ring modulation, a 4-pole state variable filter with soft clipping distortion, built-in EG, and a built-in multi-waveform LFO.
Sequencing powerhouse
Drumlogue puts all of its sonic power to work in a powerful built-in sequencer that is flexible and easy to use. It allows you to intuitively create complex rhythm patterns and polyrhythms to further enhance your music production. The sequencer, with up to 64 steps, makes sequences easier to follow visually; Chain mode makes it easy to create long, engaging rhythm patterns, which are clearly displayed on the screen; and Loop mode offers several variations that let you play sequences in new and unique ways. The Motion and Accent recording functions are also intuitive and quick to use, plus there is a Randomization feature if you want to try something new with your tracks.
High-quality effects and high customizability
Drumlogue features several high-quality effects in three categories. Delays, reverbs, and master effects can be used simultaneously. Delays and reverbs can be adjusted for each part, and routing can be changed at will.
The master effect adds the finishing touch to your sound, bringing it all together. The master effect can be bypassed part by part, or only applied to a specific part. The master effect also has a sidechain bus available.
In addition to the wide variety of effects, drumlogue can also import third-party effects. Each effect can have up to 24 parameters, all easily accessible from the menu.
Drumlogue has an audio input that allows you to connect other instruments through drumlogue's effects to create your ideal setup.
High connectivity
drumlogue seamlessly integrates with your existing gear through a variety of inputs, outputs, and connections. drumlogue's USB-A port allows you to add customizable controls by connecting other USB MIDI-compatible devices. For example, the volume of each part can be adjusted with the nanoKONTROL2 faders, and sounds can be triggered with the nanoPAD2 velocity-sensitive pads for even more expressive possibilities.
In addition to the headphone and main LR outputs, drumlogue has four additional independent outputs. Each part can be assigned to any of these outputs, allowing for the use of external effectors and flexible routing for multitrack recording. Drumlogue can also be easily synchronized with other gear connected via MIDI IN/OUT or SYNC IN/OUT, or with a DAW on a computer connected via USB.
Simple UI
drumlogue is not only powerful, but also easy to use. Designed with an emphasis on simplicity and ease of use, the most important parameters of the main drum parts have dedicated knobs on the front panel so you can edit them on the fly. In addition, each part has its own volume knob.
The volume knobs on each part speed up the mixing process. The wide, clear OLED screen has a simple UI with four dedicated encoder knobs for quick and smooth operation.
