Beautiful set of 2 coordinating winter scene paintings by Gatlinburg, TN artist Betty Jane Posey. Vintage gold wood frames. No pokes or tears in the canvases. There’s some areas of chippy paint on the frames as shown in the photos.

Betty Jane Posey had an art gallery in the hills of the Smoky Mountains in the artist colony in Gatlinburg, TN. She created beautiful scenes and still life throughout the 1970’s, 1980’s, 1990’s and 2000’s. Her gallery closed to the public in 2009. These paintings are signed. If there’s a date it is hidden by the frames.
