Antique French Rosewood & Marquetry Glove Box Napoléon III Period


Lovely & Antique French Rosewood Glove box with satinwood Marquetry, marqued "Gants" ( Gloves ) on top. This box has a hinged front panel that drops open making it easy to get your gloves. Circa 1860-1880, Napoléon III Period.

This piece is in very good antique condition with normal age related wear : Loss of marquetry top of "S" ( gantS) ( 0.7 cm ), no key and one chip on the back corner of the cover ( 1 cm x 0.2 cm ). Nothing serious. Hinges are the original & work perfectly. Please, look carefully at the pictures, it does not alter the beauty of the glove box.

Traceability : Tracking numbers (French and international) of your package will be sent to you by e mail to track your package online on the site of the French postal service as well as on the site of the postal service of your country.

Return Policy & Handling time : Item must be returned following the procedure will be indicated upon receipt of your message. We will gladly refund your payment, less shipping costs.
