The sockets were all ok, but the plastic storage frame/socket holder was broken apart in 2 places and hanging out of the thin plastic wrapping, which was torn, battered and ripped open! A few emails back and forth with the seller soon resolved matters very amicably, and all was well at the end, thanks!
