SHIPPING POLICY

For smaller and lighter items, we ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx to provide you with the best possible shipping rates and fastest lead time. Tracking number will be provided once the order ships.

For heavy machines and accessories, we ship via LTL freight. Transit time is 1-2 weeks depending on the destination. The unit will be delivered on a pallet and in a crate. The freight carrier will schedule a drop-off appointment and will place it on the curb/street or driveway, depending on access. The freight carrier is not responsible for bringing the pallet up your driveway or onto your property. Residential, inside, or remote location delivery requests will incur additional shipping charges. We will notify you if this arises prior to shipping.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL/NON-US CUSTOMERS:

We do not ship to PO boxes. For delivery, please provide a complete physical address in English, as well as a valid phone number and contact name.

Your local government will charge duties and taxes, if applicable, which will be collected at the time of delivery. The shipping company will contact you via phone or email to arrange delivery and collection of duties and VAT/sales tax.

These items are designed for use in North America. For proper operation in other countries, power adapters and other modifications may be required.

However, due to the sensitive nature of these digital machines, as well as the vibrations and movements during shipment, we strongly recommend that the machine be professionally setup and installed by a factory-trained technician. We strongly advise customers to contact their technician for proper installation. Failure to do so could result in error codes, unit damage, or poor performance.
