We proudly present this unique soft bait kit, designed and made by Varna Fishing. 

What you receive in this kit is 1 split belly soft bait mold + 1 mold to make jig heads for the split belly bait.

THE SOFT BAIT MOLD

The soft bait, made with our mold, features:

length - 7 cm / 2.8 in

excellent body and tail movement

split belly to accommodate an offset hook

a passage in the body for firmly attaching the offset hook to the jig head

As shown in the photos, the mold consists of the mold itself and a short stainless steel wire insert. As you pour the soft plastic, the steel wire creates the passage in the soft bait for mounting the jig head and offset hook.

THE JIG HEAD MOLD

This high quality red silicone mold produces unique and beautiful 10 g jig heads. These jig heads have been designed for mounting on the split belly baits. 

Specs of the jig heads:

weight 10 g / 1/3 oz

suitable eyes - 5 mm in diameter 

As shown in the pictures, the mold is designed to accommodate wire fittings

for attaching the hook and a loop to attach your line to.

Please note we also offer the springy stainless steel wire used in the jig heads. The wire for this model is 0.8 mm thick and you can find it here

Handy Tip: Apply some talcum powder in the jig head mold before casting the lead. This will make the surface of the jig head smoother.
