• Limited Warranty
  - Warranty would be a one-time replacement.

- All warranty replacement shipping fees are to be paid by the buyer.
- Warranty does not cover damage due to installation errors, product abuse, modifications, product misuse, or accident.
- The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

• Returns
  - Items may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for refund.
  - Items must be in original, unaltered condition.
  - All returns must have a return authorization number. No return will be accepted without this authorization number.
  - Your positive feedbacks are extremely valuable to us, we are willing to help you resolve problem, please do contact us before returning items or leaving anything but postitive feedback.

- Shipping fees for returning defective products are to be paid by the seller.
- Refunds will be given at final purchase price – less shipping and handling charges.
- No returns on electrical parts.

• Exchanges
  - Exchanges will only be accepted for items in original, unaltered condition.
  - Customers will be responsible for shipping fees.
  - All exchanges must have a return authorization number. No exchange will be accepted without this authorization number.
  

- Orders will be processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation and shipped via USPS/UPS/FedEx Ground
- Item may be shipped from a different location other than our CA warehouse.
- Orders will be shipped to shipping address provided at time of purchase
- Tracking information will be uploaded once it becomes available
- Orders received on the weekends and/or holidays will be processed in the following business day
- International orders will be shipped through eBay’s Global Shipping Program
