Vintage Toddler Girls Baby blue Ruffle Pageant Full Circle Dress with BELL

Baby blue sheer fabric with lots of sparkle.over a layer of Cotton, making it a full two layers of ruffles. There is a ton of details with lace trim and beating that appear to be a faux pearl it has a long sheer bowtie for the back.Ruffles also on sleeves. Back side is open. Has snaps attached to the inner waste.

This dress is great vintage condition.

**Noted flaws: elastic in sleeves is stretched out. A small tan colored stain on the under Skirt.There is also a “5$” written on the neckline also shown in the images I am not attempted to wash or remove any of the marks two protect the vintage condition.See pictures.**
