Vintage Sheet Music: Marching Thru Berlin, Stage Door Canteen.

This sheet music is for a song that Ethel Merman sang in Stage Door Canteen. The lyrics are by Bob Reed, and the music is by Harry Miller. The original owner wrote their name across the front, but it is hard to see because the cover is dark gray as is the signature. The song “We’ll Be Singing Hallelujah Marching Thru Berlin,” came out in 1942, and says that it is for piano. It also includes a song called “Shadow of a Doubt” on the inside cover, from the movie “Shadow of a Doubt.” It has been kept in plastic since I acquired it for our family collection.
